Summer: Sunday thru Saturday 19:00-late
Winter: 18:00-late
Closed Sunday and Monday night
Normally, no reservation is necessary. However, on special days and holidays, or it you have a large party, or if you wish to book a special party, it might be a good idea to telephone ahead. Also, don't forget that Bistro George Boileau is always happy to prepare special or seasonal dishes on request, when ingredients are available.
