Food's not everything though when dining out: enter the spacious green patio, which can hold up to sixty guests, or the calm and cozy atmosphere of the inside of the restaurant with its brick fireplace, perfect on a crisp, Corfu winter night.
Beyond its regular hours and during any time of the year, Bistro Boileau is available for special parties--such as small weddings or christenings--and holidays.
Call ahead, or ask when you're there, for specific or seasonal dishes--such as Spit Roast Suckling Pig or Lamb; Octopus, Fish, or Lamb in the oven; and Cod with rosemary and lemon--that might not normally be on the menu.
At Bistro Boileau, freshness is always emphasized. Even the chips are fresh--a rarity on the island.
