The Wines of Bistro Boileau
Bistro Boileau's distinctive list of wines begins with two vintages, the Boileau Cabernet and Boileau Chardonnay, both personally selected by Alex and Sue and bottled in Nemea especially for the restaurant. In the autumn, Alex and Sue harvest their own grapes for pressing, which yields a beautiful rosé vintage, and is available at the restaurant during winter.
As well as commonly found commercial wines, the bistro offers wines selected from small and distinctive vineyards, such as Theotoki. Other wines include Papaioanous Estate (red); Kouros (red); Strofilia (white); Katogi Averof (red); Retsina; village wine; the French champagne Moet & Chandon and the Greek champagne Cair demi sec from Rhodes.
More than just wine, the Bistro has an ample stock of aperitifs, spirits, long drinks, cocktails, liqueurs, beers, draft beer, and soft drinks.
